Qualifications 10+ Years as an e-commerce marketing leader managing a multi-million-dollar e-commerce business, with a proven track record of delivering revenue/profit targets, particularly in a startup environment In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and e-commerce best practices Strong experience with managing WordPress e-commerce sites and proficiency in Google AdWords Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams A people leader, who's motivates and develops teams who take initiative and work both collaboratively and independently Impeccable attention to detail Passion for an entrepreneurial career path and for innovative marketing solutions Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. Responsibilities As the VP of Marketing - E-Commerce, you will be a vital part of our startup journey, collaborating closely with the executive team to launch e-commerce platforms for multiple brands under the Terpene Belt Farms umbrella Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies, with a focus on WordPress e-commerce environments Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for the successful launch, ongoing revenue development and optimization of e-commerce channels across multiple brands Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing strategies with the overall business objectives of TBF Lead the development, deployment, and optimization of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to drive traffic, brand awareness, conversion, and revenue Cultivate standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings Maintain a multi-channel content calendar that supports e-commerce strategies (e.g., emails, landing pages, blog posts, etc.) Build and implement a year-one e-commerce channel launch and acceleration plan Implement strategies to attract and acquire new customers and drive revenue Foster customer loyalty and retention Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including customer service Collaborate with operations and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless and positive online shopping experience for customers Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and advertising spend Use data-driven insights to analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies and improve overall e-commerce performance Prepare and share regular channel insights, learnings, and recommendations Benefits Securing entry into an fast-growing startup with unlimited opportunities for growth Medical Dental Vision Cell reimbursement #J-18808-Ljbffr
