Description
Answer 60-70 incoming calls from licensed insurance agents and brokers looking to get assistance on our policies and procedures to communicate back to their customers
Research customer policy guidelines and reiterate information back to customer
Provide accurate policy information to customers
Assist in registration and navigation of company registration
Follow up with customers when necessary

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must Haves:
HS Diploma
2+ years of customer service experience in professional environment
Minimum internet speeds of 10 mbps upload and 50 mbps download AND CANDIDATES MUST FILL OUT WFH SHEET BEFORE SUBMITTAL
Preferred:
Call center experience
Insurance, benefits, pension plan experience/knowledge
Bachelors Degree or Associates Degree Experience
