Commercial General Liability Litigation Adjuster

Immediate temp contract remote position which could also go temp to hire . You'll work remotely from your home handling commercial casualty claims, primarily litigated general liability claims. All Equipment is provided.
In this role you'll:
Analyze coverage
*
Set initial reserves and make changes as
necessary throughout the life of the file
Coordinate the investigation *
Request claim related documents
*
Hire outside experts if needed
Maintain Diary
*
Review all pertinent claim related material including medical bills and reports
Evaluate claims and settle injury claims with claimants or their attorneys.
MUST have :
5 plus years of current/ recent
experience handling commercial general liability claims
Experience with Litigated commercial casualty claims
Must have a valid Adjuster license
