Our client is seeking to add a Remote Commercial General Liability Claims Adjuster to their New Jersey Team. This person would be responsible for directly handling moderate to complex Commercial General Liability Claims. This remote role focuses on directly handling moderate to complex Commercial General Liability claims, including Slip and Falls, Premises Liability, and Bodily Injury losses. The successful candidate will manage these claims from initiation through to resolution. Qualified candidates must reside in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate, evaluate, and adjust claims to determine liability, extent of damage, and compensation due to the insured. Manage claims through the entire claims process, including initiation, evaluation, resolution, and closure. Interact and communicate with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, and other relevant parties. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of case management activities and developments. Interpret policy language and analyze coverage to determine the extent of insurer's liability. Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives and authorize payments within prescribed limits. Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and company guidelines related to general liability claims. Collaborate with legal counsel on complex claims to ensure that cases are resolved effectively. Provide excellent customer service and support to all stakeholders involved in the claims process. Continuously update skills and knowledge through company training and professional development opportunities. Requirements:

2+ years of experience in handling Commercial General Liability claims. Proven experience in coverage analysis of primary and excess insurance. Prior experience working with an Insurance Carrier and/or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) is essential. Experience managing litigated files is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Salary & Benefits:
