Senior Manager of Forecasting, Planning & Analysis
supporting
US Vision Care Enterprise Operations team,
you will be trusted with the responsibility of defining and optimizing the revenue growth strategy for the lens business. This will include strategic direction and financial oversight of product and portfolio pricing, consumer rebate gross-to-net planning & management, revenue forecasting and market intelligence. In this role, a typical day will include: Market Intelligence & Pricing Strategy Develop and execute annual pricing strategies and long-term revenue growth management models to align with market research and price principles. Support competitive intelligence initiatives, including price analytics, field communication, and market research to provide robust brand positioning insights. New Product Launch & Consumer Rebate Strategy Support new product launch initiatives, coordinating with vendor partners and internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution. Develop and manage national and retail consumer rebate strategies, working closely with partners on strategy alignment and vendor management. Revenue Growth Management & Business Health Diagnose performance drivers and generate actionable insights to support business health, including quarterly business reviews, monthly sales outlooks, and annual target setting. Implement a robust dashboard strategy to visualize and track key performance metrics. Financial Analysis & Strategic Planning Conduct in-depth financial analysis on investment options, consumer rebates, and customer programs to inform long-term strategic planning and maximize revenue. Develop a thorough understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, and business performance to drive informed quarterly business reviews. Budget & Forecast Management Ensure effective budget management and lead critical forecast updates for senior management and internal stakeholders. Own and refine the forecasting process, including maintaining documentation, setting deliverables, and managing key project timelines (RACI) and business partnerships. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with key stakeholders to optimize product distribution through direct supply chains and authorized distributor networks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, sales) during planning cycles to provide insight-based recommendations on program initiatives WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON: Bachelor's Degree orEquivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +18 yrs.; Assoc.+14 yrs.; M.S.+5 yrs.) The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English +5 Years of Relevant Experience Preferred Qualifications Proven analytical and data management experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, OTC, CPG, or Medical Device industries Experience with advanced analytics and data processing platforms (SPSS, Dataiku, Alteryx, SQL, Big query, Python, Tableau) 5+ years in roles performing advanced analytics - ideally including pricing and (B2B or B2B2C) program assessments, to drive commercial outcomes. Proven ability to develop strong cross functional relationships.
