Client seeking Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment from December 10 - 13. Hours are Tuesday/Wednesday, 9:00am - 7:00pm; Thursday/Friday, 6:00am - 4:00pm. Provider will see ages 3+ for primary care and acute care, no occupational health. Clinic is staffed by single provider and single MA. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
