Job Title Performance Marketing Manager Job Description We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager focused on growth to drive and optimize marketing performance for Sage Intacct in North America's. This role centers on analyzing and optimizing multiple marketing channels by identifying and addressing funnel gaps.

The role is responsible for planning, organizing and executing outbound marketing programs that generate new prospects and improve existing opportunities for the sales team. The marketing channels include, but not limited to, email, virtual & physical events. This role will act as a liaison between marketing and sales teams, as well as central demand functions such as global/integrated marketing & data teams to develop highly-targeted audiences and multi-touch marketing automations for those audiences

Location:
Hybrid; 3 days of in-office collaboration from our Toronto or Vancouver office. Key Responsibilities Campaign strategy and development:
Develop a comprehensive outbound marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals; identify key industry segments and devise targeted campaigns to maximize engagement; collaborate with product marketers to align outbound efforts with industry-specific themes.

Campaign Management & Ownership:
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including product marketing, content creators, and design teams, to execute campaigns seamlessly; establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of outbound campaigns; foster collaboration with Sales, SDRs, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.

Program Optimization:
Push the envelope in creating compelling and impactful campaigns that differentiate the brand and achieve business goals; regularly test campaign attributes to improve performance over time.

Minimum Qualifications - Is this you?
• 5+ year of experience of direct response outbound marketing.
• Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on outbound communications.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role.

For this role, in those locations, the target salary range for new hires is $88,000 to 112,000.

In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either a bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, commission plan.
