Who You Are:
  • Experienced Leader: 5+ years in operations management within the residential HVAC or home services industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with office software (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.) and familiar with HVAC management tools.
