Contract Duration: 6-months

Worksite Location: Sugarland, TX

 

What you’ll do as a Recruiter:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Proactively engage with potential candidates using advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on interview outcomes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and role profiles.
  • Offer guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

What you’ll bring to the Recruiter role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on corporate recruiting and salaried roles.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
