Job Description

Customer Master Analyst
Location: Westminster, CO (Hybrid: Onsite T/W/Th)
Duration: 12 months
Pay Range: $20 to $22/hour W2, with benefits available

Overview:
The Customer Master Analyst plays a key role in the order-to-cash cycle. You'll ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our global customer database while collaborating across sales, logistics, finance, and customer service teams. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Data Management: Maintain accurate customer master records, including contact details and billing/shipping addresses.
Data Validation: Detect and resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, and duplications in the database.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to data management processes.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to validate and update customer data while resolving issues effectively.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and data privacy requirements.
Escalation & Merging: Handle escalations and process account merges following established guidelines.
System Enhancements: Support testing for system upgrades related to customer master data.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma
1-2 years experience in customer data management or similar roles, preferably with CRM systems like Salesforce or Oracle.
Analytical mindset to identify data patterns and trends.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.Team player who works well independently, with a strong customer service orientation.

This position will be open until filled, but will not be open past 1/31/2025.
