Pay Range: $20 to $22/hour W2, with benefits available

Overview:

The Customer Master Analyst plays a key role in the order-to-cash cycle. You'll ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our global customer database while collaborating across sales, logistics, finance, and customer service teams. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Data Management: Maintain accurate customer master records, including contact details and billing/shipping addresses.
• Data Validation: Detect and resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, and duplications in the database.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to data management processes.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to validate and update customer data while resolving issues effectively.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and data privacy requirements.
• Escalation & Merging: Handle escalations and process account merges following established guidelines.
• System Enhancements: Support testing for system upgrades related to customer master data.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years experience in customer data management or similar roles, preferably with CRM systems like Salesforce or Oracle.
• Analytical mindset to identify data patterns and trends.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.Team player who works well independently, with a strong customer service orientation.
