Paid Time Off.Job DetailsJob Details:We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's tax strategies and compliance to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to all federal, state, and local tax regulations. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong understanding of tax provision and compliance for multi-entity corporations, the ability to manage tax audits, and resolve tax disputes with authorities. Knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing is a plus.Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal, state, and local taxes.2. Manage and facilitate IRS income tax audits: preparing responses, creating schedules, etc.3. Oversee the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns ensuring accuracy and timeliness.4. Conduct thorough reviews of income, sales, property, and other tax returns.5. Manage and coordinate tax planning and prepare tax forecasts.6. Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team.7. Leverage your experience in the field to advise on potential risks and opportunities in tax matters.8. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to streamline processes and improve the tax function.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree in taxation or CPA is preferred.2. Minimum of 5+ years of progressive tax experience, preferably in a public accounting firm or a corporate tax department.3. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.4. Experience with tax provision and compliance for multi-entity corporations.5. Proven ability to manage tax audits and resolve tax disputes with authorities.6. Knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing is a plus.7. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.9. Proficient in tax compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.10.
