The Opportunity
Join Our Team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst! We are seeking a dynamic professional with a proven track record in portfolio management, meticulous data governance, and project management. If you have experience developing robust analytical tools, a background in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT, and are an effective communicator at all levels, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Work On
Core Job Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management: managing process and reporting to enable on time project delivery and efficient allocation management
Data Visualization: Spearhead the development of robust analytical tools, utilizing cutting-edge software.
Technology Innovation: Proactively seek out and integrate new technologies to enhance our internal processes, creating a competitive edge in strategic pricing and contracting.
Data Management: Support new Power BI reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
Data Governance: Meticulously document both new and existing workflows, ensuring clarity and continuity in our operations.
Business Intelligence: Proven track record of developing data driven tools and processes to support Portfolio and Applications Management
Provide project support and project management.
Provide guidance and training to less experienced analysts.
Required Qualifications
Education Level: Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field of study relevant for working in technology. (Preferred Masters in IT, Engineering, Operations or related fields)
4+ years' experience in related field
Power BI: data visualization, data governance, reports/dashboards
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and provide positive and constructive feedback respectfully to build positive relationships and improve business results
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment
Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
Multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.
Preferred Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Certified (green Bel
Power Platform suite, including Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Apps
Experience Managing IoT Devices
Experience with Data and Prescriptive Analysis
