Hire, train, and develop retail team members Provide support and direction to retail supervisors on implementation and company policies Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol, sanitation, payroll, and employment Adhere to company directives on physical inventory and reporting Monitor in-stock position of approved merchandise programs and inventory control at store level More about you Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience Minimum of 1 year of retail operations experience preferred Prior experience with sports apparel and purchasing product is highly desireable Ability to train and develop a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite No degree required Physical requirements Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking Who we are Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and retail services at the 41,297-seat Comerica Park, home of the MLB’s Detroit Tigers.
