Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) operations

• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments

• Manage billing functions, ensuring all invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

• Use QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks

• Code invoices accurately to ensure proper record-keeping

• Use 10-key accounting skills to perform various financial tasks

• Process invoices and handle payments in an efficient manner

• Provide attention to detail in managing accounting functions

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role
• Proficiency in executing accounting functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Demonstrated ability in auditing
• Skilled in performing billing functions
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to code invoices accurately
• Familiarity with 10 - Key Accounting
• Experience in efficient invoice processing
• Proven track record of timely invoice payment
