The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. The TA Partner will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

This position is based in Belle Chasse, LA at Pointe Eight Power and will require bi-weekly travel to Bay St. Louis, MS.

Provide full life cycle recruiting for professional services and manufacturing positions of all levels including highlighting the organizational culture, benefits, and overall value proposition. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and determine the job requirements of positions and develop interview questions, using various job analysis tools when appropriate. Post employment opportunities in Applicant Tracking System using Paylocity. Maintain advertising budget and monitor progress to maximize cost per hire. Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to determine qualifications while keeping all stakeholders updated on the scheduling, hiring processes, and timelines. Actively recruit using creative, ‘outside of the box' ideas to get passive candidates into the hiring funnel. Track recruitment and turnover data, including cost per hire, time to fill, turnover ratio by department, and HR metrics to be developed with this role. Conduct pre-employment screening including background checks, drug screens, Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR), and reference checks. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including candidate information, interview notes, and hiring decisions. Recommend and implement process improvements and use of recruitment tools and strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Analyze current and future workforce needs based on business goals and market trends. Develop and implement strategies to address talent gaps and ensure a robust talent pipeline. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and create recruitment plans.

Required Knowledge/Experience: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent experience 3+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or full cycle recruitment required. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Required Skill/Abilities: Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task, and work under pressure in a demanding environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Maintain discretion and confidentiality. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong supervisory and leadership skills

Work Environment and Physical Demands: FLSA executive and professional positions paid on a salary basis, where project requirements and tight client deadlines may require workweeks over forty (40) hours (including weekends or holidays) This role will work in an office setting, however frequent visits to the production floor are required to oversee operations, ensure compliance and safety standards and engage in staff. Mobility : Ability to move around the manufacturing plant, including walking, standing, and climbing stairs. Manual Dexterity : Occasional use of hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Lifting : Ability to lift and carry items up to twenty-five (25) pounds. All lifting should be done following OSHA standards. Visual and Auditory Requirements : Must be able to see and hear well enough to navigate the plant safely and communicate effectively with team members.
