Description
The Owners Project Manager is responsible for:
- Leading Public projects from inception to completion
- Collaborating closely with the project management team to ensure project milestones are met
- Overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Ensuring compliance with project requirements
- Utilizing project management softwares to manage project details and timelines
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Contributing to the growth and culture of our expanding team
Profile
The right Owners Project Manager has the following qualifications:
- 2-10+ years of experience (APM-Sr PM)
- OPM background
- Strong background in public & K-12 projects
- Proficient in construction project management softwares
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to commute to RI area
