Description

The Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Running Public Academic projects from start through completion on time & within budget
  • Leading/Taking ownership of the project they are on
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
  • Upholding company image / professionalism
  • Must be able to commutable to project sites throughout Rhode Island

Profile

The right Project Manager has the following qualifications:

  • Strong background in ground-up commercial work along the lines of (institutional, state, federal, schools, healthcare)
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor (required)
  • Construction-related degree (highly preferred)
  • Computer skill & familiarity with construction softwares
