Client Details
Our client seeks an experienced Senior Estimator with a proven track record across all 16 construction divisions. This leadership role involves managing a team of estimators and delivering accurate cost assessments for a diverse range of projects, including municipal, educational, multi-family, healthcare, office, and retail developments in both public and private sectors.
Description
- Lead and mentor Trade and Project Estimators.
- Develop detailed cost estimates and bid proposals.
- Collaborate closely with the Estimating Director to strategize project approaches.
- Utilize strong software skills to streamline estimation processes.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to understand scope and requirements.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes for accuracy and competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and project deadlines.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of estimating experience across all 16 construction divisions.
- Proven experience with municipal, educational, multi-family, healthcare, office, and retail projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing estimator teams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of public and private sector construction practices.
