Lepley Recruiting Services is representing a leading multi-family flooring company. Sales Growth & Strategy: Set clear goals and performance targets for the sales team. Develop incentive programs to drive motivation and achievement. Create and manage revenue and expenditure budgets for the sales department. Design and implement sales strategies targeting specific markets. Actively manage and mentor account representatives to transition them into sales roles. Account Retention & Business Development: Participate in industry functions, committees, and association gatherings to enhance industry relationships. Lead and enforce engagement with Apartment Associations and industry events. Work closely with the Executive Team to monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities. Develop sales presentations and materials to support company objectives. Operational & Market Insights: Conduct weekly sales meetings and product knowledge (PK) sessions. Maintain strong product knowledge to serve as a subject matter expert in the industry. Participate in trade shows and conferences to enhance brand visibility and market reach. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at management companies, from top executives to frontline employees. Supervisory Responsibilities:

Oversee the Sales Manager and Warehouse Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. Lead recruitment efforts: interview, hire, and train new team members. Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and mentoring for growth. Administer employee discipline and terminations in alignment with company policies. Competencies:

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to drive the entire sales process from planning through to successful closing. Excellent business acumen with in-depth industry expertise. Hands-on operational experience with P&L management and inventory control. Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and people management skills. High organizational capability, able to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment. Strategic thinker, with a focus on aligning goals and strategies with customer needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Education and Experience Requirements:

Proven experience in branch management. Strong background in inventory control. Minimum 4 years of operations management experience. Flooring industry experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
