POSITION PURPOSE: Develop and cultivate new and existing production and service fill programs with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). Work externally and cross functionally to meet customer needs and product line objectives. Meet or exceed OE/OES sales and corporate objectives by achieving performance, sales volume and profit goals. DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all facets of an OEM RFQ - which include developing a sales strategy, working cross functionally, and meeting customer needs and deadlines. Provide product and program training to OEMs and their dealer network. Coordinate strategic business reviews to grow existing product lines, promote new product offerings, and align on growth initiatives. Consistently make in-person dealer and customer visits to promote OE programs, promotions, and new product offerings. Collaborate with OEM engineers and the OWI technical team on product validation, field tests, and OEM approvals. Work closely with OE material planners on program launches, service requirements, and service interruptions. Continually prospect new OEM and OE/S customers by attending industry events, trade shows, and customer events. Responsible for attendance at trade shows. Assist in booth setup, customer education, public relations and post-show analysis. Coordinate and launch whole sales promotions, retail promotions, and incentives. Develop promotional collateral, sales incentives, and point of purchase materials in partnership with product and marketing. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business and/or marketing. Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience in the OE/S space. Thorough technical knowledge of antifreeze, diesel exhaust fluid, and windshield washer fluid. Strong understanding of the OE/S business segment. Must have superior communication and presentation skills. Negotiation skills and excellent organization skills are also required. Basic word processing and database computer skills are preferred. Approximately 50% travel is required. SAP and Tableau experience a plus.
