Work with cutting-edge technology to create precision solutions that make a real impact Join a team that values collaboration and recognizes your contributions, with a family-oriented culture Develop new skills and advance your career in a company that invests in its peopleJob DetailsResponsibilities Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer needs and delivery timelines Monitor production metrics (cycle time, scrap rates, downtime) and make adjustments as necessary Oversee setup and operation of shop equipmentLead a team of machine operators, setup technicians, and maintenance personnel Provide coaching, manage performance, resolve conflicts, and promote a safety-conscious and collaborative culture Identify inefficiencies in production and opportunities for process improvements Evaluate and implement new technologies and methods to optimize production Ensure products meet engineering and quality standards Investigate any quality issues and implement corrective actions Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies and conduct safety audits and trainings Schedule and coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and upgrades on machinery Manage tooling inventory and ensure proper setup Requirements 5+ years as a Plant Manager in a job shop environment Strong background in machining, CNC, or precision manufacturing Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings Familiarity with production planning software and quality tools (Six Sigma, lean manufacturing) Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and engage directly with operations when business requires Certification in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred Experience with ERP or MRP systems Familiarity with ISO standards or other quality certifications Bilingual in Spanish plusInterested in hearing more?
