This exciting role offers the opportunity to oversee and manage all aspects of our production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards. This role requires a strong background in meat and protein processing, coupled with a deep understanding of production management, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing principles. Responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. Implement and monitor GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards, ensuring compliance at all times. Manage the meat and protein processing lines, ensuring that all products meet quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall product quality. Develop and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and all employees understand and adhere to food safety regulations. Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering an environment of teamwork, mutual respect, and continuous learning. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues that may affect production schedules or product quality. Analyze production data to identify trends, issues, or opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate action plans. Ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning correctly, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food manufacturing industry, preferably in

meat or protein processing. Proven experience implementing and monitoring GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards. Strong knowledge of production management, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing principles. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make effective decisions under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software.
