Description
Main duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Implement and refine policies to ensure superior quality standards.
- Prepare and present project updates to management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Profile
In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following:
- 5+ years of experience building commercial, multifamily, or public projects
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication & time-management skills
- Familiarity with Procore and other softwares
- software's ability to lead a team effectively and efficiently
Job Offer
The right candidate will receive
- Up to $130,000 base salary
- Performance related bonus scheme/Potential sign on bonus
