Description Main duties and responsibilities include the following: Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish. Develop and manage project schedules and budgets effectively. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Implement and refine policies to ensure superior quality standards. Prepare and present project updates to management and clients. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Profile In return for a generous compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the following: 5+ years of experience building commercial, multifamily, or public projects Experience managing projects from start to finish Excellent communication & time-management skills Familiarity with Procore and other softwares software's ability to lead a team
