Description

  • Oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to manage resources, schedules, and technical specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Review and approve project plans, budgets, and contracts, ensuring all aspects align with the project's goals.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality control standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and RFIs (Requests for Information).
  • Collaborate with project managers to track project costs, handle risk management, and maintain effective communication across all stakeholders.

Profile

  • Bacholor degree in construction management or civil engineering.
  • Experience with DSA or Public works.
  • High attention to detail and organization skills
