Description

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet specifications and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Lead project teams to address challenges, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintain safety standards.
• Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and performance reviews to keep projects on track.

Profile

The ideal candidate has:

• 7+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, preferably in healthcare-related projects.
• A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
