Description
- Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet specifications and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Lead project teams to address challenges, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintain safety standards.
- Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and performance reviews to keep projects on track.
Profile
The ideal candidate has:
- 7+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, preferably in healthcare-related projects.
- A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
