Job Summary

The role involves maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring design quality, and delivering consistent, high-standard visual content across two main areas:
Internal Projects:
Design and develop leadership materials, including presentations, booklets, and internal marketing collateral
Provide visual note-taking and graphic facilitation during meetings, capturing key ideas and concepts in real-time to create engaging, easy-to-understand visuals that summarize discussions and presentations, whether virtually or in-person
External Projects:
Create high-quality client-facing materials, including presentations, brochures, vision books, magazines, sales materials and infographics, applying editorial design principles to enhance visual storytelling
Design visual content for digital platforms, such as social media graphics, website visuals, landing pages and email campaigns, and assist in developing visual concepts for integrated marketing campaigns
Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or business development environment
Proficiency in graphic design fundamentals, including typography, layout composition, color theory, and image selection
Good understanding of UI/UX design principles
Strong visual thinking skills, with experience in visual note-taking or graphic facilitation
Keen eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail
Ability to translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
Skilled at adapting quickly, performing under pressure, and excelling in a deadline-oriented environment
Self-driven, proactive, and maintains a positive attitude, viewing feedback as an opportunity to elevate designs
Strong multitasking, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel (approximately 10%)
