Responsibilities
• Handle all Tier 2 and Tier 3 IT-related requests • Collaborate with the CIO to ensure our systems are stable and we proactively set up our systems for cybersecurity • Recommend and implement IT disaster planning and disaster recovery • Run security checks on all of our systems to ensure we are protected from cybersecurity threats • Troubleshoot technological issues and solve problems quickly to ensure our business operations run smoothly • Ensure our computers are backed up so all files are saved in case the system crashes • Implement new technology, such as desktops and computer hardware, operating systems, software programs, and applications • Maintain technological equipment, including phones, printers, computers, operating systems, network systems, hardware etc.
Qualifications
• Advanced experience with how to troubleshoot network systems, phone systems, internet connectivity, and other technological equipment • 7+ years of IT experience •
Certification:
Microsoft Certified: Office 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent relevant certification would be advantageous • 2+ years experience in a professional IT setting • Basic understanding of how to troubleshoot network systems, phone systems, Internet connectivity, and other technological equipment • Capable of creating technical databases utilizing spreadsheets in Excel • Skilled in communication, time management, and organization • Well-versed in Microsoft Office
