The AWS Global Campaigns team is seeking a talented, self-directed marketing manager to support the Global Campaigns team's efforts to activate global campaigns that are primarily designed to generate leads for the global sales team. The Senior Activation Manager will be responsible for the successful adaptation and launch of campaigns across Geo Field Marketing stakeholder teams. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in an exciting, fast-growing business.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading activation and deployment of high-performance global, integrated campaigns, while driving a vision for how global campaign activation helps achieve business goals, and defining and implementing best practices across an enterprise organization. This role is specifically scoped to support activation of North American and Latin American marketing campaigns.
Key job responsibilities
Builds strong relationships across a global cross-functional team to ensure achievement of business objectives.
Works with Regional Leads to define their local campaign adaptation and execution strategies.
Project manages the overall build and launch of regional assets in multiple Geos and languages.
Applies marketing best practices to determine new opportunities that will improve the customer experience.
Develops test plans to refine messaging and drive engagement lift.
Oversees day-to-day communication with the Geos.
Sets-up tracking and reporting according to the global campaign framework.
Defines and implements recommendations regarding how to most effectively engage customers within channels (e.g. cadence, frequency, etc.).
Leverages automation to improve processes and productivity, and makes recommendations to support an organization growing at a rapid pace.
Establishes and continually improves scalable processes that ensure best practices and operational efficiency in campaign and lead management.
Partners across teams to deliver work on-time and on-budget.
Has backbone, challenges the status quo, and pushes for the best customer experience

Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
