The Role

We are looking for a Director of Product Strategy to join our PB Optimize organization. You will partner with colleagues across strategy, product, leadership, and business partners to drive several initiatives focused on development, execution, and communication of our Prime Services and PB Optimize product strategy. Our goal is to enhance our technology solutions and product offerings, drive client engagement, and support our Prime Sales efforts by promoting PB Optimize as a primary vertical in the value proposition of Prime Services and Fidelity Capital Markets.

The ideal candidate is passionate about collaborating across the organization, conceptualizing new ideas, and leading through influence.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Experience in consulting or similar field with significant focus on financial analysis, product development, go-to-market strategy, and/or business case development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience preparing materials for a variety of audiences
  • Data-driven mindset and approach to identifying and sizing business opportunities
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders and lead through influence
  • Ability to understand and communicate regarding complex financial products and services
  • Comfort with ambiguity

The Value You Deliver

  • Collaborating with internal and external business partners to develop ideas into business cases, defining requirements and modeling economics
  • Crafting materials to communicate initiatives to senior audiences
  • Socializing ideas across various enterprise teams for stakeholder buy-in
  • Tracking initiatives in product funnels and assisting with development and monitoring of product KPIs

The Team

PB Optimize is a portfolio finance and treasury technology solution that is transforming how hedge fund clients manage their assets. Since its launch in 2012, we have expanded to serve approximately 300 clients and we continue to grow. The team operates in a fast-paced and challenging competitive environment.

Fidelity's hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. As a member of our Capital Markets organization, associates have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite in our Capital Markets office at least 3 days per week. Each month, there is also a requirement to work onsite for 5 consecutive days during two assigned weeks. These requirements are subject to change.

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most roles listed as Hybrid will require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to roles listed as Remote or Onsite.
