The Role
Fidelity's Prime Services client base and product offerings continue to expand. We are looking for an Implementation & Product Manager to assist us in defining and leading the journey of potential hedge fund clients as they transition from sales prospects to onboarding onto the Fidelity Prime Services platform with the best possible client experience. This role requires coordination with various internal teams including legal, credit risk, new accounts, product management, operations, trading and account management. This role will also focus on the implementation and adoption of both current and new product offerings with our existing hedge fund clients to enhance the value of our current product offerings. In this role, you will use your implementation, project management, leadership and relationship building skills to drive value for both Fidelity Capital Markets and our clients.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years financial service experience
- Series 7 & 63
- Project management skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate successfully with clients and other business partners
- Ability to approach problems in a consultative manner while balancing internal best practices and standards
- You are an effective communicator and adjust your communication style depending on the complexity of the topic and your audience.
- You take initiative and ownership when there are unexpected needs during a project.
- You approach your work with an end-to-end view to ensure cohesive delivery to our clients and our partners.
- Your project management effectiveness serves to manage client expectations, risks and quality while helping both the client and internal teams navigate the implementation process in a controlled fashion.
The Team
The Prime Product group works to develop solutions for our institutional client base by collaborating with our account managers, sales group, and technology groups. We manage strategic initiatives and support daily support in delivering value and positive outcomes to our clients and business partners.
The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $155,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
