Your role in our MissionThe Director of Strategic Enablement will create the frameworks around how companywide initiatives and metrics are managed. They will drive organizational alignment and effectiveness by working with functional leaders and teams on managing them. This role will also support our executive team in managing critical initiatives. They will lead a small team to support these endeavors.

Some of Your Responsibilities, Core Duties and Skills will include:
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the companywide initiatives portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and resource optimization.
- Create and manage the companywide metrics portfolio
- Partner with the executive team to manage, document, and organize essential workstreams, actions, and follow-up items.
- Partner with Technology to enhance data enablement, including data lake initiatives, for improved data access and utilization.
- Work with functional leaders to drive effectiveness of their initiatives and performance through metrics visibility.

- Drive companywide strategic planning and management efforts.
- Strong Initiative:Proactive approach to identifying and solving complex challenges across multiple teams and departments.
- Cross-Functional and Companywide Thinking: Ability to think beyond departmental boundaries, aligning team goals with broader business objectives.
- Project Management Expertise:Deep understanding of project management principles and experience leading projects to successful completion.
- Executive-Level Communication:Skilled in presenting ideas and information clearly and professionally to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Data Infrastructure: Basic understanding of data infrastructure and reporting best practices preferred.
- Asynchronous Work:Strategic thoughts on blending asynchronous and synchronous work preferred.
Experience and Physical Requirements
Experience
- Prior experience working in a PMO structure, with familiarity in supporting project portfolios; 5+ years experience in project/program management.
- Some experience with creating and managing reports.
- 5+ years of experience in roles with team leadership responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with executives and senior leaders, supporting strategic planning and project execution.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with an office position that involves standing, sitting, reaching, manual dexterity to operate office machines, stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, and mobility to complete errands or deliveries
- May work at computer monitors for prolonged periods with danger of eye strain and muscle pain
