Your role in our Mission The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with the Director of Strategic Enablement and other senior leaders to design, plan, and implement a full company scorecard and functional metrics. You will collaborate with the Technology and Finance organizations to ensure accurate data and efficient maintenance of these. The role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and initiative to drive organizational alignment.

Some of Your Responsibilities, Core Duties and Skills will include:

Responsibilities Design, plan, and implement a full company scorecard to track and measure performance. Collaborate with functional leaders on identifying and tracking metrics. Partner with the Technology organization on data management initiatives. Work closely with Finance on financial-oriented metrics, such as support cost/completion. Skills

Proficiency in Excel and SQL. Familiarity with Python and .NET preferred. Strong knowledge of reporting fundamentals and common metrics within technology organizations. Experience with a system such as AWS Quicksight, Power BI, or Tableau nice to have. Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges. Ability to plan for long-term sustainability and efficiency. Exposure to database structures and experience managing structured and unstructured data. Experience and Physical Requirements

Experience

3+ years of database experience. 5+ years of experience in reporting. 1+ years of financial metrics experience preferred. Some knowledge of statistics preferred. Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with an office position that involves standing, sitting, reaching, manual dexterity to operate office machines, stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, and mobility to complete errands or deliveries May work at computer monitors for prolonged periods with danger of eye strain and muscle pain The Interview Process:
