Our locally recognized end client is in need of a Senior Executive Assistant/Business Administrator for a PERMANENT opportunity. This position requires the ability to work onsite (with some travel to headquarters in Palm Beach, FL), 40 hours per week, first shift and pays a salary RANGE of $66-78K.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Coordinating communication between the president and external stakeholders and internal leaders, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups;
- Attending meetings as scheduled/directed for note taking and responsible for follow up needed post meeting;
- Acting as a project manager of deliverables as assigned.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) REQUIRED.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in an administrative role directly reporting to a senior executive or team REQUIRED.
- Familiarity with the energy sector is HIGHLY DESIRED.
- Experience handling a wide range of Human Resources, administrative and office support related tasks HIGHLY DESIRED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office REQUIRED.
- Familiarity with travel management systems and expense reporting tools is HIGHLY DESIRED.
- Experience planning and coordinating meetings, projects, and special events REQUIRED.
- Strong project and time management skills; ability to effectively prioritize workflow and stay on top of constantly changing priorities to drive projects to completion and to meet deadlines REQUIRED.
