Human Resource Generalist/Recruiter - ONSITE PERMANENT

Our locally recognized end client is in need of a Human Resource Generalist/Recruiter for a PERMANENT opportunity. This position requires the ability to work onsite, 40 hours per week, first shift and pays a salary RANGE of $66-78K.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Supporting the full scope of Human Resources activities including but not limited to full cycle recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, career pathing, development, counseling and discipline, maintaining the accuracy of the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and filing systems and benefits administration while consistently modeling and enforcing company policies and practices.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of human resources experience for the full scope of Human Resources activities, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, development, employee counseling and discipline, and HRIS administration REQUIRED.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office REQUIRED.

Estimated Min Rate: $54600.00
Estimated Max Rate: $78000.00
