Job Description

Job Profile:

We are hiring an Enterprise Architect to lead the transformation and optimization of our ERP technology stack, with a primary focus on SAP Systems in the Finance and General & Administrative (G&A) business domains. This role will be at the core of our ERP Next transformation initiative, taking us from our current SAP ERP to a new, modern ERP. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in aligning our ERP and G&A technology strategy with our company's long-range vision and evolving market needs.

In this role you will define technology roadmaps which are aligned with our ERP transformation goals, focusing on finance as the backbone of our business functions. You will partner with key stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Global Business Operations, HR, Legal, and IT functions to shape our future-state ERP architecture, drive process re-engineering efforts, and oversee the decommissioning of legacy systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in ERP architecture, with significant experience working with SAP ERP systems (SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), SAP Ariba specifically) and a deep understanding of financial systems and processes. They will have a proven track record of leading large-scale ERP transformations, including migrations, system implementations, and process re-engineering, ideally within organizations that leverage SaaS technologies (i.e. Planful, Workday) alongside ERP systems. Their experience will demonstrate a blend of technical expertise and strategic acumen, with the ability to design future-state architectures, align technology solutions with business objectives, and collaborate effectively across Finance and other G&A functions. Certifications in SAP, enterprise architecture, or related areas will further validate their expertise.

Specific Responsibilities:

Leverage deep Finance, Accounting, and Tax systems knowledge to architect solutions and offer consultation to internal stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of financial processes and other G&A functions. Drive our ERP transformation, moving from our current SAP ERP to a future-state ERP solution, ensuring a robust architecture that supports key business functions and integrates effectively with our SaaS landscape. Establish a clear architectural runway for ERP transformation, defining standards, guidelines, and roadmaps that optimize both legacy and new solutions to support business epics and features. Engage closely with business and IT leaders to understand requirements, define priorities, and develop a holistic ERP strategy. Influence decisions across the enterprise to ensure alignment with long-term business goals. Guide cross-functional process re-engineering efforts to streamline and modernize ERP-related workflows, developing a scalable, future-state architecture. Proactively address and manage technical debt within the ERP landscape, ensuring solutions are sustainable, efficient, and capable of evolving with the organization. Required Competencies & Experience:

8+ years in ERP architecture, with a minimum of 5 years working specifically with SAP ERP systems and relevant SaaS technologies. Experience driving ERP transformations, ideally including migrations or implementations involving SAP FICO. Hands on experience with cloud ERP and SaaS applications including Workday, Ariba, Vertex, and Planful. Demonstrated depth in financial systems and processes, with a strong grasp of how ERP systems serve as the core backbone for business operations. Proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformations, including process re-engineering, system migration, and future-state architecture design. Ability to work across business functions to align ERP initiatives with business needs, particularly within Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Global Business Operations, HR, and Legal. Ability to understanding the company's goals, processes, and strategies within the G&A domains is essential. This includes comprehending financial, HR, legal, and administrative operations. Strong capability to shape technology decisions and influence strategic initiatives across the organization. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex ERP concepts into business language for a variety of stakeholders. : Proven experience leading workstreams or acting as a program leader for major transformation initiatives, including planning, execution, and oversight of complex ERP implementation or migration programs. Skilled in managing organizational change associated with the implementation of new G&A systems or processes, including training and support for end-users. Effective at building collaborative partnerships and navigating organizational structures to achieve shared goals and outcomes.
