In this critical leadership position, you will be instrumental in shaping our organization's financial strategy and supporting our growth initiatives. Your expertise will allow you to provide actionable insights that drive critical business decisions, evaluate external data resources, and inspire a team of senior analysts to excel. Your key responsibilities will include steering financial reporting, business plan development, forecasting, and comprehensive financial analyses. We are in search of a candidate with exceptional financial acumen, proficient in utilizing various systems and data sources, and experienced in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required, paired with an MBA or equivalent experience. We seek individuals with a minimum of 8 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. As a business partner across the organization, you will collaborate with various departments and serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO. You must possess a deep understanding of financial analysis, reporting, cost accounting, and budgeting. You will also evaluate performance metrics and recommend improvements where necessary. Your role will encompass developing financial models, conducting diverse financial analyses, and supporting the CFO with ad-hoc financial tasks. It is essential to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data while identifying and implementing innovative solutions within the FP&A function.
