Elevate is looking for a Global Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our financial shared services team. The Global Director of FP&A is a key strategic leadership role responsible for driving the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis activities within the organization. This executive will provide insights and recommendations to the executive team and stakeholders, contributing to informed decision-making and long-term financial strategy. The Director of FP&A will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and collaborate closely with other members of the senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement robust financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Lead the annual budgeting process, long-term planning, and quarterly forecasting cycles. Financial Analysis: Provide comprehensive financial analysis to support business decisions, including profitability analysis, cost management initiatives, and investment evaluations. Prepare detailed financial models and scenario analyses. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and drive accountability across the organization. Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and presentations for the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Global FP&A and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead the integration of global FP&A teams, championing best practices and driving global financial performance through consistent processes and innovative insights. Partner with other departments, including operations, sales, marketing, and product development, to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Treasury Collaboration and Capital Management: Strategically partner with Treasury to enhance liquidity and optimize the company’s capital structure, ensuring global financial resilience and efficient cash flow management. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the FP&A team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience with manufacturing companies is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Clearly understand integrated financial systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint) Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving organizational change. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Analytical Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a strategic mindset. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align financial strategies with business goals.
