Client seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for PRN shifts in Tempe, AZ from November 4 - December 27. Specific shifts are November 4 - 8, December 23, 26, 27. Hours are 7:00am - 3:30pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care and acute care. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
