Your Role:

Responsible for planning and coordinating all activities relating to the distribution and shipping of finished goods from the factory. Manages and supports the daily workload for company packers and generates shipping documentation for the Export and Compliance Specialist.

Responsibilities: Plans, coordinates and supports the distribution of finished goods from dispatch by:

Identifying on-time delivery requirements Customer delivery requirements Reporting on-time delivery outcomes Pull part requests from service and production technicians.

Collects and closes completed orders from production. Generates packing lists and certification. Generates the shipping documentation for the Export and Compliance Specialist. Supports distribution activities such as packing and forklift requirements. Deputizes for the Production Supervisor when absent.

Additional Responsibilities: Follow all company safety policies and procedures and organizes work areas for efficiency and safety. Provides status reports to management as required. Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED with three plus years' experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with a computerized dispatch records system will be an advantage. Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping terminals is required.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies: Qualified forklift driver is preferred. PC computer familiarity. Demonstrated effective communication skills: written, oral and inter-personal skills. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, handling frequent interruptions and shifting priorities. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Be organized and efficient. Demonstrated self-motivation and self-discipline traits.
