Identify and evaluate relevant data sources based on business needs and domain knowledge using SQL, NoSQL databases, and distributed datastores (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Hadoop, and Spark). Develop and maintain code using programming languages, such as Python, SQL, and Javascript and perform thorough testing to ensure quality. Create data management plans, ensure data quality and governance, and establish storage and scalability solutions using cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure. Apply advanced machine learning techniques such as artificial neural networks (ANN) and convolutional neural networks (CNN) for model creation leveraging machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras). Support the deployment of analytical models in production environments and assess model scalability and sustainability. Conduct model fit testing, tuning, and validation using statistical analysis and mathematical modeling techniques (e.g., multivariate calculus, linear algebra, and optimization techniques). Translate business problems into data-related solutions using big data technologies (e.g., Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, and Apache Kafka), natural language processing (NLP) technologies (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, and Gensim), and Computer Vision. Design and generate graphical representations of data using Tableau and Python libraries (e.g., Matplotlib). Build front-end applications, present data visualizations to team and business audience, tailor communication style for stakeholders, and leverage rational arguments for effective influence. Guide and support team members through leadership. Implement customer-centric approaches and data-driven decision-making to deliver expected business results. Minimum education and experience required:
Master’s degree or equivalent in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field and 1 year of experience in an analytics related field;
OR
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field and 3 years of experience in an analytics related field. Skills required:
Experience programming in an object-oriented programming language. Experience cleansing, transforming, and enriching big data using Pandas and SQL. Experience with computer vision, NLP, and advanced ML tasks using neural networks, CNNs, and RNNs. Experience developing and building machine learning solutions using frameworks and libraries including Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras. Experience with Data Visualization and storytelling using Tableau and Python libraries including Matplotlib and Plotly. Experience deploying and scaling models using Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins for efficient deployment and management of analytical models. Experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform for deploying and managing scalable data solutions. Experience with REST API development using Flask and FastAPI for seamless data and ML model integration. Experience testing to perform Unit testing and integration testing to ensure high-quality, reliable code and solutions. Experience with version control and CI/CD to use Git and Jenkins for streamlined development and deployment. Experience providing recommendations and translating requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Employer will accept any amount of graduate coursework, graduate research experience or professional experience with the required skills. Salary Range:
$138,911/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives. Benefits:
