This BPO is responsible for the success and sustainability of multiple product capabilities and for building strong partnership and collaboration with various teams to address business needs and long-term strategies.Key Responsibilities:Under limited supervision and general direction, and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines, this position with work in the following primary areas:Ownership of product solution success, ensuring product investments are secured & deliver value throughout product lifecycle.Understand the business impact of different solutions and the ability to assess the tradeoffs between business needs, technology requirements, and costs.Collaborate with leaders and team members to ensure successful market launch and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.Demonstrate and understand critical project and program management considerations.Possess a detailed understanding of business processes and data within and across areas.Provide project/process reviews and implement enhancements based on feedback from business stakeholders. Demonstrate experience working with internal and external customers in a coordinating role and gathering requirements and needs based assessments.Analyze the business value of potential process changes, identify, define, and research issues of potential strategic importance, and make priority recommendations thereafter.Responsible for the assessment of the technical and economic feasibility of proposed solutions and providing appropriate recommendations.Collaborate with development teams to translate user needs into use cases to refine requirements.Work with developers and quality teams to ensure requirements, design and documents are updated.Ascertain business readiness for change to business processes and identify appropriate implementation measurements.Lead deployment of solutions; communication, promotion, training, maintenance.Educate platform customers on all aspects of platform products to improve usage & value.Work with Project Management team to define project roadmaps based on customer demands paired with development team feasibility and sizing aligning with the strategic roadmap vision.Please note, there is a pre-identified candidate for the role, however all applications will be reviewed and considered.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience in Commercial Operations, Business Process, Systems Analysis, Data & Analytics, Program/Project Management.MedTech Industry experience.Strong experience with CRM, P&C, & Ordering applications (e.g., Salesforce, Optimizer, Microsoft Dynamics).Ability to understand & synthesis data and build meaningful insights.Advanced in SAFE agile, High Performing Teams Leadership.Strong understanding and working knowledge of CRM, Pricing & Contracting, and Ordering.Experience with Salesforce & Optimizer.Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Suite of Offerings. Understand CRM integration capabilities & data and analytics.Broad knowledge of working functions Compensation, Sales Planning, Reporting and AnalyticsAbility to develop technology-based business tools for a diverse range of departmental business objectives that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the business partners including Field Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and other coordinating departments.Strong project management and organizational skills.Strong understanding of data management principles and methodologies.Ability to manage differences and needs between multiple stakeholders.Ability and experience to use analytics to determine root causes and identify solutions.Experience crafting process & work-flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio (or equivalent).Experience working as a liaison between technological and commercial sales/operations.Ability to adjust to fast paced environment and run multiple concurrent projects.Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, influencing, written and verbal communications, reasoning, and organizational skills.Exquisite & continuous collaboration with internal partners in a rapidly changing environment.The role is based in Irvine, CA and requires 15% travel to other sites/locationsThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500. California Bay Area - The anticipated base pay range for this position is $114,000 to $197,800.The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
