Position Description
Business Development Manager leads new business growth in assigned territory, driving revenue by expanding the client base, and providing an exceptional experience for customers, prospects, and internal teams.
Reports to Director of Sales & Marketing:
- Drive new business by closing $2M+ annual enterprise opportunities.
- Sales process from lead generation to closing, continually building a strong pipeline.
- Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Establish Image Solutions as the go-to "one-stop shop" for uniforms, branded apparel, and promotional merchandise.
- Collaborate cross-functionally from RFP to program launches.
- Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends to position Image Solutions ahead of competitors.
Requirements
- Experience: enterprise sales, preferably in related industry, with a proven track-record as a top performer in a "hunter" role.
- Skills: Strong relationship-builder, confident communicator with C-suite, exceptional problem-solver, and ability to close deals.
- Travel: 15%-30% to engage prospects and build client relationships.
- Location: This is a hybrid role, working from our Torrance, CA headquarters 2-3 days/week.
