Position Overview: We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Sales Executive with a proven track record in identifying, prospecting, and closing new business with large enterprise customers. As a key player on our team, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while developing and executing strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, enjoys the challenge of penetrating new markets, and excels in building relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities with large enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to address their unique challenges.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and operations) to ensure alignment on customer needs and support the sales process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to C-level executives.
  • Accurately forecast and report on sales activity, pipeline, and revenue performance using Salesforce.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience in a hunter role, targeting large, complex organizations.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing high-value deals ($1M+).
  • Strong prospecting skills with the ability to quickly identify and qualify leads.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and working with multiple stakeholders in large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Work Environment:
  • Up to 35% travel is required for this position.
  • May be exposed to shop and outdoor elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, and oils.

Physical Demands:
  • Required to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about the facility.

Salary Range:
  • DOE (Depends on Experience).

Reports to:
  • VP of Sales.

Location:
  • Corporate Headquarters, San Antonio, TX.

Additional Information:
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
