Team Overview
Annalect has increasingly become the Data and Ad-Tech engine across all of Omnicom, with Omni, our people-based precision marketing and insights platform at the center of driving more data driven, impactful outcomes for our partners and clients. Within our Applied Omni Solutions team, we are expert practitioners who work with agency teams and clients to unlock the strategic value of our data and tools across the Omnicom network, globally.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$98,000-$140,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Within our Applied Omni Solutions team, we are expert practitioners who work with agency teams and clients to unlock the strategic value of our data and tools across the Omnicom network, globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer insights through audience creation, digital journeys, and other strategic outputs from our insights application tool-kit
- Manage projects from briefing through client-ready deliverables with senior inter-agency leadership
- Deliver strategic consultation to agency client teams, advising agencies on best practices and how to best leverage our tools to enable better outcomes for their clients
- Work across Omnicom agencies in a variety of verticals (e.g. automotive, CPG, healthcare, telecom, etc)
Required Skills And Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience at a media agency, marketing analytics firm, or in a quantitative, data-driven field
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, information management, communications, social sciences or business-related fields
- Familiarity with marketing technology, 1/2/3 party data, audience creation techniques, and media strategy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must
- Creative and strategic thinker who is willing to take risks and challenge the status quo
- Strong leader who can demonstrate problem solving and independent decision-making
- Ability to clearly explain complex ideas to various audiences with differing levels of technical expertise
