Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. You will play an essential part in ensuring that all information is processed efficiently and correctly, supporting the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
• Review and verify the accuracy of data before submission.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working with large volumes of data.
• Organize and maintain data files to ensure easy access and retrieval.
• Assist with generating reports and handling administrative tasks as needed.
• Communicate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure data is entered securely and correctly.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous data entry experience is preferred but not required.
