Associate Attorney (Litigation/ Workers' Compensation)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a mid size firm in search of an attorney to join their litigation and workers compensation group. The firm is considering newly licensed attorneys looking to grow their career. This role is contract to hire or direct hire depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research
Draft briefs, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents
Attend depositions and hearings
Trial preparation and work with expert witnesses
Qualifications:
License to practice law in Pennsylvania in good standing
Juris Doctor Degree
Ability to commute to the office (Downtown Pittsburgh)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Problem solver and team player
Prior experience in workers comp or litigation is a plus
