Position Summary

The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the effective management of recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. This role supports company goals by creating a positive workplace environment and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Employee Relations

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, fostering positive working relationships. Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a respectful workplace. Develop and implement engagement programs to enhance morale and retention. HR Policy and Compliance

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Update and enforce HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures. Conduct investigations and resolve workplace issues effectively and legally. Performance Management and Development

Oversee the performance review process, providing tools and guidance to managers. Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Support succession planning and career development initiatives. Compensation and Benefits

Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Oversee payroll processes in collaboration with the finance team. Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures. HR Strategy and Reporting

Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the companys goals. Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction, and recommend improvements. Prepare and present reports for leadership on HR trends and initiatives.

Qualifications Education and Experience

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred). 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role. Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is highly desirable. Skills and Competencies

Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Paylocity and Google Workspace & Microsoft Office Suite.
