Job Description
Schedule Information : Will determine schedule based on student's availability. Must have some availability to work during the following hours:
Monday
8am - 4:30pm
Tuesday
8am - 4:30pm
Wednesday
8am - 4:30pm
Thursday
8am - 4:30pm
Friday
8am- 4:30 pm
Hours per week : 10 - 20
Responsibilities
Duties of Position (Include but not limited to):
Reception
Answer phones
Greet visitors
Special projects
Assist faculty/staff/students,
Schedule appointments
Help register students for class
Check-in/intake of students
Make copies
Data entry
Give directions
Qualifications
Education Requirements :
In order to apply for this position, you must be:
A current Harper College student
Enrolled in at least six credit hours per semester (three for summer)
Be eligible for English 097 or higher
Experience Requirements :
Customer service and/or office experience preferred but not required.

The Liberal Arts division provides transfer ready courses to students in the areas of English, humanities, language, linguistics, communication and philosophy.
